Milo has one big problem after another. Living a hedonistic lifestyle fueled by his enormous size, no amount of sex is enough for him. When he meets Jordan, a trans man, their hookup ends with two new problems. The first one is odd enough: despite living as a man, Jordan’s insides are still female, and he is carrying Milo’s child. In a bizarre twist of fate Milo comes down with a dangerous medical condition called ectopic phallogeniasis: a penile pregnancy.
When doctors determine that both pregnancies are viable, the press goes mad. Surrounded by paparazzi, the couple are thrust into the limelight. For their protection, Milo and Jordan are abducted by a government agency tasked with studying the course of male pregnancy. When it turns out the agency is corrupt, Milo and Jordan must fight for their lives.
